+How do I pair a kiosk with my workspace?

Open the web dashboard → Kiosks → Pair new kiosk to receive a 6-digit code. Enter that code on the kiosk app's pairing screen. Pairing is device-bound and can be revoked any time.

+How do I sign in to the Host app?

Authentication is passwordless. Enter your work email; you'll receive a 6-digit one-time code and you're in. Codes are valid for 10 minutes.

+I'm not receiving the one-time code — what should I do?

Check your spam folder and confirm your email is listed as an active host in the workspace. If no code arrives, email [email protected] with your workspace name and the affected address.

+What does the Evacuate button do?

A confirmed evacuation immediately notifies every signed-in visitor and host at that site by email/SMS. The action requires a deliberate confirmation (hold or type EVACUATE) and is recorded in an immutable audit log.

+Where is data stored?

+How do I cancel my subscription?

In the web dashboard under Billing → Manage subscription via the Stripe customer portal. Alternatively, email [email protected].
